Founder, LMHC

Molly Donovan is a licensed therapist and the founder of Clariel Therapy, which she established in 2017 after a decade of work in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Her experience supporting veterans in Boston shaped her desire to create a more personal and supportive therapeutic environment where both clients and clinicians could thrive.

Her approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth. She integrates EMDR, CBT, DBT, parts work, mindfulness and art therapy to support clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns and relational trauma.

Molly is known for her strengths-based and empathic presence, helping clients shift patterns, deepen self-understanding and reconnect with themselves in more authentic ways. She aims to create a space where clients feel understood, supported and able to move toward meaningful change.
