Our team is here to answer your questions.

  • We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Benefit, United Health Care, Mass General Brigham, Health Plans, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts and Aetna.

  • During your initial session, we will focus on what brought you into therapy, your background and identifying goals. You and your therapist will get to know each other and begin to establish trust and rapport. From there, if mutually agreed upon that ongoing sessions will be beneficial for you, we will work together to coordinate future sessions.

  • Ongoing sessions will be 45-60 minutes long, and initially will take place weekly or bi-weekly. If needed, more frequent sessions may be recommended. 

  • We recommend starting by browsing our therapists’ bios on our website. Each bio includes information about their specialties, approaches and areas of expertise, which can help you find someone who feels like a good fit.

  • We currently offer telehealth appointments only.

  • We are currently accepting new patients located in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for virtual appointments only.
