LMHCAnna Berestova is a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides therapy in English and Russian. She works with clients across the lifespan who are navigating emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns and life transitions.
Her approach is rooted in humanistic and person-centered principles, emphasizing authentic connection, empathy and unconditional positive regard. She integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory and strengths-based care to meet each client’s unique needs.
Anna supports clients facing depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, suicidal ideation, self-harm, eating disorders, grief, trauma, substance use and major life transitions. She is committed to helping clients build healthier boundaries, strengthen coping skills and develop more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
