Angelique Beauchêne is a clinical mental health counselor and drama therapist as well as a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. She supports adults seeking meaningful change in their internal world, including those living with the impacts of trauma, adult children of alcoholics and individuals in recovery who are ready to deepen their healing work.

Her approach is trauma-focused and multimodal, blending expressive therapies, somatic awareness, mindfulness, parts work in the style of IFS and Written Exposure Therapy. She offers both short term and longer term care depending on client needs, with a focus on reducing post-traumatic symptoms and supporting integration.

Angelique’s work is grounded in the belief that while the past cannot be changed, the way it lives within us can be transformed. She helps clients reclaim a sense of wholeness and build healthier boundaries, self-understanding and connection through a deeply attuned and creative therapeutic process.
