I offer evidence based therapies that work to reduce post traumatic symptoms. Whether you are looking for short term relief from PTSD or long term therapy to work through complex PTSD, you are welcome.

I am a trauma-focused therapist. I offer a multi-modal approach (not just talk therapy) and will help you claim or reclaim your whole self through expressive therapies (creative), somatic awareness, mindfulness, parts work (in the style of IFS+) and Written Exposure Therapy.

While you cannot change the past, you can transform the way it lives in you.
